Senior Accounting Manager

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $140,000 to $195,000 per year. Job Responsibilities: Oversee core accounting functions including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and technical accountingManage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes to ensure timely and accurate reportingSupport accounting for inventory, fixed assets, and complex financial instrumentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure proper revenue and cost recognitionContribute to ERP and MES system integration and lead automation efforts to improve efficiency Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environmentStrong background in financial reporting, including cash flow, equity, and full financial statementsExperience with ERP systems such as Oracle Fusion or similar platformsCPA certification is preferred but not required Qualifications: A deep understanding of cost accounting and manufacturing-related financial processesAbility to work independently while fostering collaboration across departmentsStrong analytical skills and attention to detail in financial operationsProven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop accounting staffComfortable working in a dynamic environment and managing multiple priorities REF #50941 #LI-DD1
