Senior Accountant

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $95,000 to 110,000 per year.Job responsibilities: Ensure adherence to internal controls and company policies. Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the accounts payable and receivable processes. Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings. Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions. Monitor budget variances and provide analysis. Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency. Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment. Provide financial expertise and support for various initiatives. Qualifications/Experience: Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Business 5+ years experience in accounting for manufacturing company. Advanced with MS Office Suite (Excel) and proficiency in accounting software. Experience in public accounting or a corporate accounting environment. Strong knowledge full cycle Accounts Payable. Solid inventory and cost understanding in a manufacturing environment. Demonstrated understanding and competence of full General Ledger and controls. Ability to present financial information clearly and concisely. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
