We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Manager on a partner track to lead our tax team and provide exceptional tax services to our clients. If you are looking to take your public accounting career to the next level, let's talk.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage tax compliance and advisory services for a diverse portfolio of clients.Supervise and mentor junior staff members, providing guidance and support in their professional development.Develop and implement tax planning strategies to optimize clients' tax positions.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored tax solutions.Stay up-to-date with current tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance and advise clients accordingly.Conduct thorough research on complex tax issues and present findings to clients and team members.Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance client satisfaction and retention.QualificationsCertified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.7+ years of experience in tax, preferably in public accounting.Strong knowledge of taxation principles and tax compliance.Proven experience in client relations and managing client expectations.Excellent research skills to interpret tax laws and regulations effectively.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and lead projects.BenefitsHealth, dental and vision insuranceFlexible schedule with hybrid or remote optionsImmediate PTO accrualHSA plan401k with matchMentorship program and career developmentBenefits begin day ONE!
