CGP: Payroll Administrator

An electronic manufacturing company is seeking a contract Payroll Administrator. This position is fully on-site in their Thousand Oaks, CA office. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $35 to $38 per hour. Job Description: Responsible for managing bi-weekly, multistate payrolls for 2,000+ employees Responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters Accurately incorporates payroll variables into payments. Ensures timely and accurate processing of exception payroll items, including new hires, terminations, rate changes and stock option exercises Responsible for the accuracy of payroll output, including pay statements, statements of payroll tax deposits, UI reporting and ad hoc reports Performs bi-weekly, quarterly, and annual payroll closing tasks Requirements: ADP Enterprise experience Solid organizational and mathematical skills Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, and the ability to interact with employees at all levels, including upper management Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience: Bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 5 years' payroll experience REF44687
