Your expertise in payroll procedures and financial regulations allows you to manage various tasks efficiently. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $69,000 to $82,000 per year. Job Description: Gather timesheet data and payroll information. Enter data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs. Prepare and process paychecks and cash deposits. Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions. Address payroll discrepancies promptly. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll, wage, and hour laws. Qualifications: Proven work experience as a Payroll Specialist or Payroll Administrator. Time & Attendance Auditing experience. Full cycle payroll experience with payroll journal entry prep emphasize. Familiarity with payroll software, such as ADP and Workday. REF #48840 #LI-POST #ZR
