Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** + Operate dozer equipment to move earth, rock, and other materials efficiently and safely + Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance tasks + Collaborate with site team to ensure smooth and safe operations + Follow site plans and directions to meet production goals + Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations **What Are We Looking For** + Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively + Strong awareness of safety protocols and hazard identification + Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment + Willingness to work in varying outdoor conditions + Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and continuous improvement **Conditions of Employment** + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check + Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** + $23.61 per hour + Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension + Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled **Req ID** JR10009997
