Position: Patient Services Representative I (Phlebotomist) Location: Homestead, FL Duration: 5 months Shift: Mon–Fri 5:30 AM – 2:30 PM Rotational Saturdays: 6:00 AM – 10:30 AM Overview: Seeking an experienced Phlebotomist (PSR I) to join our team in Homestead, FL. This role involves direct patient interaction, quality blood collection, and specimen preparation following established protocols. Key Responsibilities: Perform phlebotomy on pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients Ensure specimen integrity and accurate labeling Maintain clean, professional work environment Deliver excellent customer service and patient care Follow confidentiality and compliance guidelines Complete daily tasks under minimal supervision Requirements: Experience: 1+ year of phlebotomy experience (REQUIRED due to high patient volume) Education: High school diploma or equivalent Preferred: Medical Assistant or Paramedic training; phlebotomy certification (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA) Skills: Strong phlebotomy skills, data entry, customer service Other Details: Must live within 20–25 mins of site (reliable personal transportation required) Must list home city on resume Punctuality and full-shift availability are mandatory Excessive tardiness or absenteeism will result in termination
