SuperintendentPosition Overview The Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a thorough understanding of construction processes, particularly in ground-up projects in New York.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction sitesCoordinate and supervise subcontractors and labor forceEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessaryConduct regular site inspections to assess progress and qualityCommunicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineersResolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-sitePrepare and maintain project documentation and reportsQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role in constructionStrong knowledge of ground-up construction processesFamiliarity with New York construction regulations and codesExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferredOSHA certification is a plusBenefitsPTO Health Benefits
