Known for its entrepreneurial culture, hands-on leadership, and strong track record with public and institutional clients like the City of Baltimore and Johns Hopkins, this is a firm where driven professionals can grow, lead, and make a real impact.Job DescriptionAs the Lead Estimator / Preconstruction Manager, you will guide the estimating department, set best practices, and work directly with leadership to ensure precise and competitive proposals across all phases of preconstruction.
