Architectural Project Manager - DSA | K-12Position Overview The Architectural Project Manager will oversee and manage architectural projects focused on K-12 education facilities, ensuring compliance with DSA regulations and standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating design and construction documentation, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage architectural projects from conceptual design through to completion for K-12 education facilities.Ensure compliance with Division of the State Architect (DSA) regulations and requirements.Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project goals and timelines.Develop and produce construction documents using Revit and other design software.Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure quality standards are met.Prepare and present project proposals and updates to stakeholders and clients.Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.Registered Architect (AIA) with NCARB certification preferred.Proven experience managing architectural projects, specifically in the K-12 sector.Strong knowledge of DSA regulations and processes.Proficiency in Revit and other architectural design software.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary BonusesPTOVacationMedical, Dental, VisionEducation AssistanceMuch more
