Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with unit turns and common area renovations in occupied senior living communities. This role involves managing capital expenditure projects across multiple communities, ensuring the successful completion of construction projects by effectively managing and collaborating with field staff. The Project Manager will guide and direct field operations teams in workforce management, optimize equipment utilization, and champion innovative safety practices. We are looking for someone passionate about serving the community and comfortable with travel. Responsibilities * Oversee field operations, including budgeting and cost tracking, to ensure timely and cost-efficient project delivery. * Act as the main liaison for site superintendents, promoting strong teamwork and communication. * Convey company goals and expectations to site superintendents and field crews to ensure alignment and execution. * Coordinate resources across multiple job sites, ensuring materials, equipment, and labor are available as needed. * Direct and support workforce activities to maintain smooth and productive operations. * Assess and manage equipment usage to ensure crews are properly equipped while controlling costs. * Continuously evaluate industry trends and innovations to implement process improvements. * Identify and resolve project challenges proactively using available tools and expertise. * Work with superintendents and key staff to streamline operations and enhance efficiency. * Help organize and lead regular meetings to support leadership and communication. * Collaborate with the Safety team to enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $95000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
