Operating in the bustling NYC market, the company prides itself on building lasting client relationships and delivering projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionLead and manage public construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.Coordinate with OGS, DASNY, and other public agencies to ensure project alignment with agency goals and compliance requirements.Oversee project scheduling, procurement, logistics, and subcontractor coordination.Manage project documentation including submittals, RFIs, permits, and compliance reports.Monitor budgets, change orders, and financial performance.Conduct regular site visits and project health assessments.Facilitate project meetings with stakeholders, consultants, and contractors.Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards.Maintain strong communication with agency representatives and internal teams.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
