Electro-Mechanical Assembler

Chipton-Ross is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a contract opportunity in Archbald, PA.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):Experience in production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assembliesAbility to build precision electro-mechanical assemblies and perform wiring and soldering operationsExperience supporting the manufacture of harnesses, circuit cards, and miscellaneous assembliesFamiliarity with operating equipment such as laser wire strippers and coax wire processing toolsAbility to assemble, install, and terminate complex harnesses and assembliesExperience performing detailed soldering on micro and sub-miniature componentsAbility to work from diagrams, drawings, schematics, and operation sheetsMust be able to read and write EnglishMust pass a medical screening as outlined in the supplier guidePOSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:Perform repetitive and non-repetitive assembly tasksSupport production of high-precision electronic and mechanical componentsOperate specialized equipment and perform soldering to exacting standardsFollow detailed work instructions and engineering documentationSupport quality assurance and inspection processesREQUIRED EDUCATION:Accredited High School Diploma or EquivalentWORK HOURS:4/10 work scheduleTraining: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM ESTPost-training: 2nd Shift, Monday-Thursday, 4:18 PM - 2:48 AM EST
