At the moment, our client is seeking a motivated Superintendent to join their expanding team, offering sought after opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company.Job DescriptionManage and supervise all on-site construction activities.Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, specifications, and budget.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations.Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with local building codes and regulations.Conduct regular inspections of the job site to ensure quality control and resolve issues as they arise.Maintain project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and material tracking.Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns.Lead job site meetings with subcontractors, tradespeople, and stakeholders to review schedules and work plans.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
