SuperintendentPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The Superintendent will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe working environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day operations of construction projectsCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team membersEnsure compliance with safety regulations and building codesMonitor project progress and make adjustments as neededPrepare and maintain project schedules and budgetsConduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are metCommunicate effectively with clients, architects, and engineersQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionStrong knowledge of construction processes and project managementExperience with ground-up construction projectsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailBachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferredBenefitsPTO Medical Benefits
