This is a unique opportunity to join a well-capitalized, vertically integrated leader in multifamily development during its New England expansion.Job DescriptionThe Assistant Superintendent will be responsible for:Assist the Superintendent in managing day-to-day onsite operations for ground-up multifamily developments.Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.Conduct daily jobsite walks to monitor quality control, safety compliance, and overall progress.Communicate effectively with Project Management, design teams, ownership, and subcontractors to resolve field issues as they arise.Maintain and update daily logs, reports, and site documentation using Procore or similar project management tools.Assist with managing inspections, punch lists, and project closeout processes.Enforce company and project safety programs to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Support schedule development and updates in collaboration with the Superintendent and Project Manager MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
