Job Title: Project Manager - Licensed Architect, Commercial Experience Job Location: Atlanta, Georgia Salary: Competitive Pay $80,000 - $135,000 DOE, Benefits, 401k Match, Discretionary Bonus etc. Requirements: 5+ Years Experience as a Architectural Project Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager who is a licensed architect to lead our commercial projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and construction management, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage multiple commercial architecture projects from initial design through completion.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and LEED certification requirements.Negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and contractors to achieve favorable terms.Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Collaborate with clients to define project objectives and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings in AutoCAD and Revit, ensuring accuracy and quality.Manage risk by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.Supervise and mentor project team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality assurance.Prepare and present project reports and updates to stakeholders.QualificationsLicensed Architect with a degree in Architecture or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the commercial architecture sector.Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit software for architectural design.Strong understanding of building codes, construction management, and compliance regulations.Proven experience in contract negotiation and client relations.Excellent budgeting and financial management skills.Experience with site development processes and quality assurance practices.LEED Certification is preferred.BenefitsFull Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life & Supplemental Insurance EduEducation + License Reimbursement401K retirement plan + FSAPTO/Vacation, SickFlexible ScheduleCommuter Expense and Free ParkingEmployee Discount Program
