The team will regularly get together outside of work hours for afterwork drinks, golf, and fishing.Job DescriptionPrepare accurate and competitive bids for public (MGL Ch. 149/30) and private-sector projectsAnalyze plans and specs, perform takeoffs, and develop detailed cost estimatesManage subcontractor/vendor outreach, pricing, and scope reviewsLead the full bid process - from IFBs to bid submission and post-bid follow-upCollaborate with leadership on contract negotiations and preconstruction strategyBuild strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and agency contactsHelp evaluate project risks and ensure proper contingencies are in place MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
