Job Summary and Qualifications Coordinates delivery of healthcare services assisting in diagnosis and treatment. Directs human and physical resources to achieve an established standard of care in Radiologic sciences. Exercises professional judgment in performance of duties and maintains a demeanor complementary to medical ethics. Assures appropriate patient care management and adjusts daily operations to meet the needs of a changing working environment. Monitors departmental operations to assure compliance with governmental regulations and meet standards established by accrediting agencies. What qualifications you will need: * Basic Cardiac Life Support required * (ARRT-R) Radiography license in the state of Texas required * Associate Degree in Radiology required * (RT) Radiologic Technologist/Radiographer certified required * 5 years of experience required in an advanced modality: CT, Xray, MRI * 2 years of leadership experience overseeing multiple modalities/departments preferred: CT, Xray, MRI, Ultrasound, Nuclear Medicine, and Echo * HCA experience preferred * Strong accountability * Ability to have difficult conversations * Ability to maintain positive work environment and staff * This position is onsite at Medical City Denton HCA Healthcare has been named one of the World's Most Ethical Companies by Ethisphere Institute for ten consecutive years (2010-2019).
