Our team brings decades of hands-on experience, and we remain focused on doing the right thing for our customers - every time.Position Overview:We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Gainesville, GA. This role is critical to maintaining the high level of service. You'll be assisting walk-in customers and incoming phone/email inquiries, while also supporting our outside sales team and helping ensure efficient order processing and inventory management.Key Responsibilities: Assist walk-in customers with product selection and technical questions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email. Support the outside sales team with quotes, order updates, and customer communication. Process incoming customer orders accurately and efficiently. Place stock orders to maintain inventory levels and product availability. Provide expert product knowledge on electric motors, controls, pumps, and gearboxes. Maintain strong relationships with customers through dependable service and follow-up. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.Qualifications: Experience in industrial apparatus sales, with an emphasis on electric motors, controls, pumps, and gearboxes. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Proficient with computers and order entry systems. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
