We are the partner of choice for health systems and radiologists, delivering best-in-class clinical excellence, operations, and state-of-the-art technology across our platform.Position Type: Full Time Patient Service Representative SupervisorSchedule: 9am-5pm or 10am-6pmLocation: American Health Imaging of Conyers • Cost-effective MRI • CT Scans 1501 Milstead Road, Suite 140, Conyers, GA,30012The Patient Service Representative Supervisor is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, welcoming environment for all patients, families, and visitors while performing the requested duties. These duties will include interviewing patients and/or families to obtain all demographic and financial information, scheduling and confirming patient appointments, verifying patient insurance, explaining financial responsibility to patient or patient representative, and collecting same-day payments.Additional Responsibilities:Manages the training and onboarding of new team membersParticipates in the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processLeads regular staff meetings and associate one-on-onesMonitors and approves timecardsInitiates and participates in staff performance evaluations and on-going development of team members including performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions and/ or terminations when necessaryDefines job responsibilities/specialty tasks and prioritiesDevelops and monitors the teams' performance through a QA processEstablishes employee schedules to provide for planned time off, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and adequate department coverage (5%)Completes other tasks and projects as assignedEducation and Experience:High School Diploma or equivalent required.2-3 years office experience in a healthcare settingExcellent customer service skillsOur benefits package includes:Medical / Dental / Vision / Life / Pharmacy PlansMonthly Bonus Opportunity401(k)Paid Short-Term DisabilityPaid Vacation Time - PTO Accrual Beginning Day 1Colleague Referral Bonus ProgramLumexa Imaging provides a competitive compensation program to attract, retain, and motivate a high-performance workforce.
