They're actively seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead luxury renovation projects, with a strong focus on golf clubhouses and exclusive hospitality spaces.This is a great opportunity for a superintendent who takes pride in craftsmanship, attention to detail, and building one-of-a-kind spaces that blend luxury with functionality.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Oversee day-to-day field operations on high-end renovation projectsCoordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and quality project deliveryEnforce job site safety and cleanliness standardsRead and interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documentsLead site meetings and maintain ongoing communication with stakeholdersEnsure all phases of construction are completed to the highest standardsProject Focus:Luxury renovations, primarily high-end golf clubhouses, including lounge areas, dining spaces, locker rooms, spas, and outdoor patiosProjects typically range from $3M-$10MWork includes a mix of structural updates, interior finishes, and custom millworkMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
