Veterinary Client Service Representative

What We Offer: * Paid time off to recharge and enjoy our gorgeous coastal community * 401(k) with employer match * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * HSA and FSA options * Mental health support resources * Paid parental leave * Generous employee pet care discounts * A supportive, close-knit team that feels like family What You'll Do: * Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, making them feel valued and heard * Accurately enter and update client/patient information in our system * Schedule, confirm, and follow up on appointments * Process payments and invoices with accuracy and care * Document & process medication requests and call in prescriptions to outside pharmacies * Educate clients on recommended products and services * Keep our lobby clean, organized, and inviting * Assist with various administrative tasks to keep the hospital running smoothly What We're Looking For: * A positive, team-oriented attitude and genuine love for animals and people * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 2 years of veterinary customer service experience * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stay active on your feet throughout the day Compensation: Pay starts at $18-$22/hour and is based on skills, qualifications, and experience.
