MFGPE productionengadp aeroprodops **Basic Qualifications:** - Bachelors Degree - Experience with some combination of the following: experience with manufacturing processes and procedures including: fabrication, assembly, machining, and electrical in several disciplines including composites, metallics, machining, bonded assemblies &/or installations/. - Previous experience with lean manufacturing and process improvements -Experience with MRP system or SAP or other Manufacturing Execution System /(MES/) application -Secret Clearance required to Apply with an active investigation within the last 5 years **Desired Skills:** - Degree in Mechanical Engineering or other related technical field with 5/+ years experience - Understanding of LM Palmdale company policies, procedures and systems including SAP and SFM/. - Experience supporting various projects and coordinating activities related to the full life cycle of projects from conception to delivery - Working knowledge of one or more organizations including: Operations, IT, Planning, Production Control, ERP, MRP, Quality or systems integration/. - Must have demonstrated effective communication skills and demonstrated ability to successfully work with other team members including Operations, Production Control, Quality Assurance, IT, Planning and Engineering/. - Demonstrated ability to drive issues to closure and develop preventative action plan to limit failures in the future/. - Demonstrated ability to solve logistical issues and lead efforts to drive mission success/. - Demonstrated understanding of engineering blueprints, process specifications and manufacturing planning/. - Experience in a manufacturing environment working cross functionally with other disciplines including industrial engineering, planning, scheduling, Quality Assurance &/or production planning **Security Clearance Statement:** This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration/. **Clearance Level:** Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years **Other Important Information You Should Know** **Expression of Interest:** By applying to this job, you are expressing interest in this position and could be considered for other career opportunities where similar skills and requirements have been identified as a match/.
