To learn more, please visit: Control Business Management, a subsidiary of NFP is hiring a Bookkeeper who will be responsible for assisting with all day-to-day business, personal, and financial matters for assigned clients and entities. This is a full-time position that is required to be onsite on a hybrid basis. This position requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multitask and attention to detail.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Manages accounts receivable and accounts payable making sure to do so following company processes and guidelinesTracks all upcoming payments and follows up on any pending open payments as necessaryCommunicates directly with vendors regarding various client related matters (payments, invoices, etc.)Knowledge of Chart of Accounts (personal and corporation)Monitors daily client activity, handle requests, and conducts timely follow ups on outstanding mattersReviews bank balances daily and funds accordinglyPrepares daily and monthly bank reconciliations at the direction of the Account ManagerCompletes billing timesheets dailySorts, scans, and processes all incoming mailPrepares and sends outgoing client mailPrepares checks for depositDownloads monthly payroll reports and records as necessary or instructed by the Account ManagerWorks closely with business management teams to ensure clean and accurate booksSubmits and maintains client medical claimsOther related duties as assignedRequirements:Effective time management and follow up skillsSense of urgencyAttention to detailAbility to multi-taskStrong organizational skillsEffective communication skillsExperience with Agillink, or equivalent platform - preferred but not requiredAccounting degree - preferred but not requiredBusiness management experience - preferred but not requiredWhat We Offer:NFP is proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $45,000 - $68,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
