What You'll Do:Feeding & Watering: Ensure all pets receive their meals and fresh water according to their individual needs.Cleaning & Sanitizing: Maintain clean living spaces by cleaning kennels, play areas, and other facilities, following established protocols to ensure a safe and sanitary environment.Walking & Bathing: Provide regular walks for pets, and bathe them when necessary, ensuring they stay happy and healthy.Monitoring Well-being: Observe pets for any signs of illness or discomfort and report any concerns to the team to ensure the health and safety of our animals.Customer Interaction: Interact with pet owners, provide updates, and ensure pets are comfortable and well cared for during their stay.General Assistance: Support the team with various tasks as needed, contributing to a smooth and positive experience for both the animals and their owners.What You'll Bring:To meet the needs of our patients and support our team, this role requires flexibility. You must be available to:Work evenings and weekends as part of a rotating scheduleParticipate in major holiday rotations (shared equitably among the team)Adapt to changing needs of the practice with a positive, team-first attitude• What We're Looking For:Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalentWeekend and evening availability is required, including rotating holidaysPassion for animals and a strong work ethicPrior animal care or customer service experience is a plus-but not required!
