Mechanical Project Manager

Position OverviewThe Mechanical Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating mechanical engineering projects from initiation to completion. This role involves ensuring that all mechanical systems are designed, implemented, and maintained according to project specifications and industry standards while managing project timelines and budgets.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage mechanical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.Oversee the design, installation, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, and piping systems.Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope of work, and ensure adherence to them throughout the project lifecycle.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.Collaborate with project stakeholders to address any issues or changes in project scope.Prepare and present project status updates and reports to senior management and clients.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is a plusProven experience in project management within the mechanical or construction industry.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and sheet metal systems.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Familiarity with project management software and tools.BenefitsCompetitive Salary: $110k - $150kBonusMedical InsuranceDental InsuranceVision Insurance401(k) w/ matchLife InsuranceEAP - Employee Assistance ProgramPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCar AllowancePhone Allowance
