Estimator Experience: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction, or Accounting 3+ years minimum in similar estimating role Experience with residential landscape construction strongly preferred Experience in a design/build firm strongly preferred Estimators responsibilities: Communicating effectively with landscape architects, managers, crews and vendors to explain construction drawings. Resolve discrepancies by collecting and reviewing information; reviews and assess cost estimates Collect quotes on projects Identify labor, time, and material demands to construct costs for projects Prepare and present cost estimate reports Oversee stages of project and perform risk assessments regularly Ensure process follows contract appropriately Take onsite inventories and field measurements as necessary Estimator Requirements: Read blueprints, quotes, and understand construction specifications Insight on landscape installation, site work, building materials and plants Need strong problem solving and communication skills Experience with Builder Trend, Boss, and Google Suite What the Firm offers you: Competitive pay 401k company match Paid time off Company paid medical coverage Vision, dental, term life and disability coverage Onsite fitness Center & more!!
