Job Description

Staffmark Drivers is looking for experienced Class A CDL Drivers to join our Cincinnati team! Enjoy local routes, home daily, and a competitive pay and benefits package. Pay: $25-$27/hr | Overtime after 40 hours Shifts: * 1st Shift: Monday - Friday (start times 4:00 AM - 8:00 AM) * 2nd Shift: Thursday - Saturday, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM (every other Sunday as needed) Route & Job Details: * Local routes within a 200-mile radius (home daily) * No-touch freight - general freight only * 53' tractor-trailer with manual transmission * No manual unloading or lifting required What You'll Do: * Conduct pre-, during, and post-trip vehicle inspections * Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance issues * Read and interpret shipping orders and exception forms * Represent the company professionally and safely * Meet customer delivery schedules reliably Qualifications: * Valid Class A CDL and DOT Medical Card * At least 1 year verifiable driving experience in the past 3 years * Ability to operate manual transmission tractor-trailers * Clean driving record: no more than 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years * Clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report and pass pre-employment screenings Benefits: Staffmark Drivers offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, sick pay, tenure bonuses, driver referral programs, weekly pay, holiday pay, 24/7 dispatch support, and exclusive Staffmark perks and discounts on electronics, food, movies, motels, and more.
