NFP is an organization of consultative advisors and problem solvers who help companies and individuals around the globe address their most significant risk, workforce, wealth management and retirement challenges through custom solutions and a people-first approach.Summary:The Billing Specialist is responsible for assisting with maintaining accurate billing records, processing deposits, performing reconciliations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the firm's internal financial operations. This is a full-time position located in Los Angeles, CA. This role requires strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple clerical accounting tasks with consistency and accuracy.Responsibilities:Process and track deposits in a timely and accurate mannerPerform bank reconciliations for firm accountsSorts, scans, and processes all incoming mailConduct weekly billing audits and run internal billing reportsCreate client invoices for firm accountsSupport tracking of billing activity across the firmMaintain and update the firm's billing platform, including adding/removing employees and setting up new clientsMaintain organized records and ensure documentation is filed properlyOther related duties as assigned by the finance/operations departmentRequirements:2+ years of clerical experience in billing, finance operations or a related roleBasic knowledge of accounting or finance conceptsStrong organizational and communication skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to handle sensitive financial information with confidentiality and integrityWhat We Offer: We're proud to offer a competitive salary, PTO & paid holidays, 401(k) with match, exclusive discount programs, health & wellness programs, and more. The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $75,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.NFP and You...
