They also offer comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid healthcare, a 401(k) with a match, and more.Job DescriptionAs the Sr. Construction Project Manager you will:Define and manage the project control plan, ensuring production rate, quality, costs, and receipts align with expectationsDevelop baseline construction schedules and ensure all deadlines are metObtain all required building permits, licenses, and occupancy certificatesOversee construction progress through the on-site Superintendent, ensuring schedule and budget adherenceAddress critical issues promptly with effective corrective actionsManage contract financials, including payments, equipment rentals, and job costs, while maintaining strong client and architect relationshipsReview and maintain accurate, timely job cost reportsLead meetings with owners, architects, and engineers to review progress, procedures, issues, and schedulesSupport bid-day preparations and documentationDraft and distribute meeting minutes promptlyPlan and participate in progress meetings with trade contractors and superintendentsCoordinate equipment, material deliveries, and submittal schedulesTake on additional responsibilities or special projects as needed MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
