Veterinary Client Care Representative - Overnight

ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is seeking an overnight shift Client Care Representative to join our team! * Experience in the veterinary or healthcare field required* Come join ACCESS Specialty Animal Hospitals in South Bay! We are one of the largest, most advanced, and progressive veterinary multi-specialty referral groups in So Cal. We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, & surgery! Our Client Care Department consists of reception, specialty department coordinators, phone operators, and doctor's assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients - they are truly the face of ACCESS - and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors. Our new team member will: * Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email * Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients * Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit * Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting. * Handle a multi-line phone system. * A deep, genuine care for helping people * Naturally empathetic and articulate communication * A friendly and professional demeanor * Critical thinking and problem-solving skills * Comfort working with computer software ...and embody our core principles: Quality, Integrity, Compassion, and Service Join our diverse and unique team, including many "lifers" who love our practice, our people, and are proud of what we have created.
