Cost Estimator

Job Title: Cost Estimator Seeking a skilled Cost Estimator to support a major infrastructure initiative involving tunneling, excavation, and heavy civil construction. This role focuses on developing accurate cost estimates and supporting budget management throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Analyze drawings and specs to prepare detailed cost estimates. * Perform quantity take-offs, pricing, and labor cost analysis. * Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with scope and schedule. * Track costs, monitor budget deviations, and identify savings opportunities. * Support value engineering and risk assessments. Qualifications: * Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. * 8+ years of estimating experience in tunnel or infrastructure projects. * Proficiency in cost estimating software and Excel. Skills: * Strong knowledge of tunneling and underground construction methods. * Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $160000.00/yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
