CDL Class A Driver

Responsibilities Join the # 1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Heineken, Buzzballs, Tito's, VMC and many more! * Schedule: Full Time - 5 days per week, Monday - Friday * Shifts: Start times as early as 4am - 6am * Home Daily (local routes only) * Compensation: $24.50 rate per hour during training and then component pay between $80,000-$85,000 annually once training is successfully completed Additional Perks * Career Growth: Opportunities for professional development and career advancement (paid training, tuition reimbursement) * Employee Appreciation: Events throughout the year, featuring prizes, gear, and plenty of fun Position responsibilities: * The primary duty of the CDL Class A Driver entails the safe and professional operation of a commercial motor vehicle, company equipment, and the courteous delivery of products to our valued customers * The CDL Class A Driver is responsible for unloading and delivering products to our local customers and are responsible for pre-trip and post-trip inspections of equipment and vehicle * This role will securely operate Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) and/or Material Handling Equipment (MHE) such as an electric pallet jack and/or hand truck * Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required Education and Experience: * 1 plus years of Class A commercial driving experience or equivalent driving experience in the military * Must be at least 21 years of age * Must possess a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License * Must be able to lift products from 25 pounds to 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 170 pounds Preferred Education and Experience: * High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) Essential Information for Our Employees At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
