As the Accounts Payable Specialist your duties will include but aren't limited too: - Process vendor invoices accurately and ensure proper account coding for timely payments. - Manage check runs, Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments, and other payment methods. - Reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure data integrity and resolve discrepancies. - Communicate effectively with vendors to address payment inquiries and resolve disputes. - Maintain detailed records of financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies. - Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounts payable processes and improve efficiency. - Assist in month-end closing activities by providing accurate financial reports. - Stay updated on industry best practices to enhance the accounts' payable function. - Support the team with any additional duties related to financial operations as needed.
