The firm specializes in large-scale ground-up projects across commercial, institutional, and public sectors, maintaining a strong reputation for delivering complex projects on time and within budget.Job DescriptionElectrical Construction Estimator - Queens, NYReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents for large ground-up projects in NYC.Prepare accurate cost estimates for electrical scopes, including labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor work.Analyze subcontractor proposals, conduct scope reviews, and ensure competitive coverage.Collaborate with project teams and other estimators to develop complete bid packages.Participate in preconstruction planning, value engineering, and risk analysis.Maintain and grow relationships with NYC subcontractors and suppliers.Stay current on local codes, union requirements, and industry pricing trends.
