Requisition Status: Pending Status Reason: Pending Sourcing Reason: Vacant Position Reason Detail: As part of the Campbell 90-day executive orders, we are releasing two of the admins to their new positions in Planning/Scheduling. There is also a current vacancy at unit 1&2 when the previous admin resigned. I anticipate a fourth admin needed in fuel handling to support the departmental clerical needs and likely support of coal/train procurement work. As such, the Administrative Assistant will be tasked with difficult, repetitive clerical, secretarial, or data entry tasks. Tasks may include: typing, filing, taking dictation, data entry, verifying quality of work, and making routine calculations, preparing forms, reports, sketches, diagrams, operating a variety of office equipment, using a personal computer to enter and retrieve information to compile various routine reports/orders as well as utilize various computer software programs.
