Job Title: Executive Assistant Location: ATLANTA GA 30328 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate: $30/hr. on w2 without benefits Key Responsibilities: 1. Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage complex calendars for multiple Senior HR Leaders, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Communication Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, screening and prioritizing emails, phone calls, and correspondence. 3. Meeting Coordination: Prepare meeting agendas, documents, and presentations, and ensure all necessary materials are available in advance. Attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items as needed. 4. Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, transportation, and visas, while optimizing for efficiency and cost-effectiveness. 5. Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including expense management, document preparation, filing, and record-keeping. 6. Project Assistance: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by Senior HR Leaders, including research, data analysis, and presentation development. 7. Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, team members, vendors, and candidates. 8. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an executive support role, preferably supporting senior leaders in a corporate environment. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Microsoft Teams and other relevant software applications. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines effectively. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and take initiative to address them. • Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision. • Previous experience in Human Resources or a related field is a plus.
