Sr. Tax Manager - Onsite in Fort Worth, TX (Mon-Fri)Position OverviewWe are a wealth management firm seeking an experienced Sr. Tax Manager to oversee our tax preparation and compliance services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in individual tax returns and a thorough understanding of tax regulations and IRS guidelines. The Sr. Tax Manager will lead a team of tax professionals while providing expert guidance on tax-related issues, estate planning, and financial statements.This role has the opportunity to grow into a Director level and then Partner level role.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the preparation and filing of individual tax returns for clients.Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and IRS guidelines.Provide expert advice on tax strategies and planning for clients.Review and analyze financial statements to ensure accurate tax reporting.Manage client relationships and address any tax-related inquiries or concerns.Conduct research on tax issues and keep abreast of changes in tax laws.Assist in the development of tax strategies for trusts and estate planning.Supervise and mentor junior tax staff in the department.Qualifications7+ yrs of public accounting experienceExtensive background in taxation with a focus on individual (trust too)CPA or JD required Experience with tax software and tools (i.e., CCH Axcess Tax, BNA Income Tax Planner, and CCH IntelliConnect)Nice to Haves:Experience working at a Wealth Management firm that has tax servicesMasters in TaxationBenefits$150k-$200k DOEQuarterly bonusMedical, Vision, Dental, and Disability Insurance for employees are 100% paid for by the company401(k) Plan + match
