We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Superintendent to join our growing team and help us continue setting the standard for excellence in the field.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day field operations and site activities for heavy civil construction projects (e.g., utilities, roadwork, bridges, sitework).Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews.Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project specifications, and quality control standards.Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with the Project Manager.Communicate effectively with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams.Maintain daily reports, field documentation, and site logistics plans.Troubleshoot field issues and implement practical solutions in real time.Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
