Base Pay: * $20.00-$25.00 per 50-minute massage (based on experience) Uncapped Commission on Upgrades: * Earn $3-$8 per upgrade * Top performers make an extra $6-$9/hr just from upgrades Generous Tips: * Average $20-$30 per service * Tips range from 18%-25% of service price * All tips go straight to you via Tippy Total Earnings: * Full-Time (30 hrs/week): $65,000-$88,000 annually * Part-Time (15 hrs/week): $33,000-$44,000 annually Your Role as a Massage Therapist: As part of our team, you'll: * Hold and maintain an active Massage Therapy License * Carry massage liability insurance * Customize treatment plans based on each client's unique needs * Communicate clearly with clients and spa staff * Maintain a clean, professional work environment * Attend hands-on training, workshops & webinars * Help us meet spa goals while keeping clients coming back!
