Senior Accountant/Accounting Manager

Job DescriptionSenior Accountant/Assistant ControllerThis is a newly created position that will report directly to the Controller. Responsibilities:Supervising accountant for all functions including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and cash managementAssembling timely and accurate financial reporting packages for development projects, operating assets and corporate entitiesWork with other departments (construction/leasing/management) to help integrate the finance team across the organizationCoordinate and assist in the preparation of all internal and external (partners/lenders) reporting requirementsConsolidate project invoices by development and package monthly draw requestsAssist in the gathering/coordination of annual tax filingsAbility to multi-task and prioritize work flow and responsibilitiesQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
