What You'll Do * Lead and support a team of forklift operators and material handlers to achieve daily shipping, receiving, and production goals. * Safely operate sit-down, stand-up, reach, and clamp forklifts to move, stage, and load/unload materials. * Train, coach, and mentor new employees on equipment use, safety procedures, and company standards. * Oversee shipping and receiving activities, ensuring accuracy with documentation, bills of lading, and inventory tracking. * Conduct daily equipment checks and report any maintenance needs promptly. * Assign tasks, monitor workflow, and adjust priorities to meet operational deadlines. * Collaborate with supervisors and managers to improve warehouse processes. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA and company policies.
