Position is open to Veterans, transitioning military, members of the Nation Guard and MilSpouses.Pay Range- $23.50 - $26.60/HourlyMetro One is looking for unarmed security officers with relevant work in a SOCC environment. This officer will be responsible for continuously monitoring and responding to security alerts and events to protect the organization from threats. This role involves real-time security event monitoring, initial triage, and escalating incidents to management when necessary. Key Responsibilities: Monitor security systems. Perform initial triage of security alerts and escalate incidents per established procedures. Document security events and maintain incident logs for compliance and reporting. Follow incident response playbooks to contain and mitigate security threats. Conduct basic threat analysis and recommend appropriate actions. Assist in vulnerability scanning and reporting security findings. Collaborate with the IT and security teams to ensure effective threat detection. Support shift-based SOC operations, including 24/7 coverage if required. Observe, survey, and provide reporting on activity at designated locations.
