The Successful ApplicantA successful 'Senior Project Manager' should have: Proven experience running multiple projects at once 4+ experience as a Project Manager Ground up Multifamily and/or Assisted Living Facility Ability to mentor and train new hires Proficient in computer software including MS Office and project management software. Ability to plan and see the "big picture". Competent in conflict and crisis management.
