PCS has a geographically diverse workforce and supports hybrid and remote business-based flexibility.Job Summary:The Associate, Billing and Collections will play a key role in leading and delivering essential activities within the Billing and Collections team. They will provide exceptional service by efficiently addressing billing-related inquiries and concerns from customers and brokers. Responsibilities include thoroughly reviewing insurance policies and preparing detailed billing reconciliations, as well as researching and reporting on cash receipts, accounts receivable, and disbursements. The associate will resolve billing discrepancies, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and proactively report system issues, initiate IT tickets, and oversee resolutions. They will communicate clearly and concisely, explaining complex billing scenarios to internal and external stakeholders, while maintaining meticulous records of all billing transactions and customer interactions.This role demands a high standard of accuracy, integrity, and timeliness across all deliverables.
