Were looking for a hands-on Inventory Control Manager to take ownership of our inventory control structure and lead a talented team to this onsite, full-time role (MonFri, 8 AM5 PM), youll be responsible for: Driving accuracy through cycle counts and process controls across all inventory locations Defining and managing material flows between warehouses and manufacturing Leading continuous improvement initiatives to streamline inventory processes and reporting Partnering with operations and management to resolve inventory risks and improve accuracy Supporting internal and external audits, SOP development, and special projectsWhat Were Looking For:? Bachelors degree + 8+ years of experience (3+ years in warehouse/distribution)? Strong background in Excel & SAP (or similar ERP systems)? Proven experience managing large teams and developing processes/methodologies? Excellent communication skills and a proactive, solutions-focused mindsetNice-to-Have: SAP DWM experience Accounting knowledgeWhy Join Us?? Base Salary: $95K?
