Sales Analytics Finance Manager - CPG (Chicago)

LaSalle Network has partnered with a Fortune 500 CPG company based in the Loop that is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Analytics Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to growth and success. This position has a salary of up to $140,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus, and is on a hybrid schedule back in office 3x a week. Responsibilities: Spearhead strategic finance initiatives and conduct in-depth financial analyses across departmentsChampion finance transformation projects, including systems modernization, tool implementation, and process automationOversee and develop a team including Senior Finance Analyst and Analyst positions, providing mentorship and performance managementCreate sophisticated financial models addressing ROI assessment, customer profitability, competitive positioning, capital investment evaluation, and pricing strategyOversee comprehensive sales analytics including performance metrics, balanced scorecards, and customer financial reporting systemsPartner with IT department to establish priorities and ensure timely delivery of critical projectsFacilitate quarterly domestic profit and loss reviews with Sales executives, examining customer performance, margin trends, and trade investment effectivenessDeliver proactive insights on emerging financial trends, potential challenges, and growth opportunities to Finance leadership and business partners Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 7 years of progressive business finance experienceTeam leadership experience requiredMUST have extensive experience building Power BI dashboards Demonstrated success in project management, technology implementation, and process automation preferredExperience with SAP strongly preferred If you are a dynamic finance professional with a passion for the CPG industry and have a track record of success in driving sales financial performance, we encourage you to apply.
