Seeking to bring on a The Vice President, Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of all financial activities of the Company. This individual will play a critical role in guiding financial strategy, ensuring fiscal discipline, and maintaining the integrity of financial reporting in a complex and highly regulated environment.This role will start out Onsite. Possibly one day work from home as role evolves.The role requires deep expertise navigating the unique financial requirements of a public, capital markets transactions, and compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).ResponsibilitiesStrategic and operational oversight of all financial activities.Guiding financial strategy and ensuring fiscal discipline.Maintaining the integrity of financial reporting.Navigating financial requirements of a public, clinical-stage company.Managing research and development funding.Overseeing clinical trial cost management.Handling capital markets transactions.Ensuring compliance with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).
