As they enter a major growth phase including new planned scaled operations, theyre looking to strengthen their site leadership team with an experienced Multifamily Superintendent willing to travel to projects in North and South Carolina.With 3 new multifamily developments breaking ground within the next few months, this is a prime opportunity to step in at a pivotal time and take full ownership of day-to-day site operations on ground-up projects. As Superintendent, youll be the on-site leader responsible for managing all phases of construction from site prep through to punch-out and closeout. Youll coordinate subcontractors, maintain tight control over schedule and budget, and uphold the high construction standards the GC is known for. Your ability to lead crews, enforce safety protocols, and communicate effectively with the project team will be key to keeping things on track and on time.This is a great fit for a Superintendent with proven experience in multifamily construction, ideally with a history of delivering successful garden-style or podium projects.
